I ordered a custom sized ring that encompassed two different styles along with a 13 mm width.  Bryan was not happy with the first cut thus he re-ordered a new one.  There were logistical delays on the 2nd cut but Bryan – Hit it out of the Park – by sending me a temporary ring so that I could have one for a trip to the USA with my wife.  The 2nd cut just arrived today and it is perfect!.  Bryan is one straight shooter
